Martellato offers a chocolate dip thermometer, which can also be used as a candy thermometer. Waterproof and equipped with a long probe, it ensures the right temperature of the chocolate. Thanks to the wide measuring range (-50 °C to 300 °C), the thermometer can also be used during sugar processing.
The top end has a non-slip handle for a secure grip.
Changeable in degrees Celsius and Fahreneit, the chocolate thermometer is equipped with the practical "Max/Min" function to display the highest or lowest temperature during the working session. The device will automatically turn off after ten minutes of inactivity.
